Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social

I use Zoho Social to post and respond to all social media. It is being used by our marketing department as an alternative to Hootsuite. It addresses UX issues that we have had with other posting platforms.

Pros

  • Analytics
  • Smart Posting
  • Usability

Cons

  • It could have a feed in the monitor section that shows user comments on our posts, not just user posts on our page.
  • It also could have better date ranges for analytics. I'd prefer to have a full year of information, not just 4 months.
  • It has improved our following and engagement
I have used Hootsuite. Hootsuite is outdated compared to Zoho.

I haven't needed support.
Overall my experience with Zoho has been fantastic. I would recommend it to anyone looking for an all-around platform for social posting. It makes posting to all our social platforms easy and efficient. I love the analytics reports and breakdown. I'd like to have seen at least a full year of data to have more in depth reporting and a separate feed for user comments on our posts, but those are minor waves in a whole ocean of possibilities. Fantastic platform!
