Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social
I am currently using Zoho Social for this contract and have been training several other staff to use it.
- It is intuitive and easy to use.
- The chat features allow us to collaborate easily across the organization.
- It is cost effective for small teams.
- Connecting some of the accounts were tricky but I was able to search the discussion page for answers.
Zoho is more user-friendly and easier to learn.
