Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social

I am currently using Zoho Social for this contract and have been training several other staff to use it.
  • It is intuitive and easy to use.
  • The chat features allow us to collaborate easily across the organization.
  • It is cost effective for small teams.
  • Connecting some of the accounts were tricky but I was able to search the discussion page for answers.
Zoho is more user-friendly and easier to learn.

I was quickly and easily able to train staff who have never used social media management software.
It takes a day or so to receive an email reply. A live chat feature would be nice for troubleshooting.
I have only been using it for one profile but I can see how it would be good if you are managing many different clients. So far it has worked well for our small team's social media management.
