Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social
Zoho Integrates Social is part of the suite of tools from Zoho. We are managing our social media through Zoho Social for Facebook, Linked In, and Zoho Campaigns for email. Zoho Social allows us to post, monitor, and very importantly, schedule posts in the calendar. This reduces the labor-intensive task of manually posting each day.
Pros
- Integration with other Zoho apps.
- Easy to set up and use.
- Familiar interface and operation with other Zoho apps.
Cons
- An option to reuse a post that appears in the posts list.
- Early days for us with a startup company. Hoping to get some great results to build our contact.
We are sticking with the Zoho suite.
