Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social

We use Zoho Social to schedule posts across social media platforms and to track data on a monthly basis.
  • Scheduling.
  • Data tracking.
  • A monthly planning tool would be useful.
  • Adding different accounts within a channel (e.g. we have multiple LinkedIn accounts but I've only added one on the free setup).

I find it very easy to use and it does what I need it to do.
I always receive a prompt response when I contact them.
Zoho Social has greatly improved how I monitor our social media posts and the scheduling across multiple platforms.
