Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social
We've been using Zoho Social for just over a month and find it extremely useful. The ability to customize posts to ensure we have specific tags per platform is really useful and something we were looking for when trying to find a scheduler. The reports page gives us a good overview of our performance and whilst we are certainly no influencer on any platform, we can at least see our presence and engagement increasing. We've also found the price per month to be very agreeable in comparison to other options. Lastly, we have not had to use the help center for anything so cannot comment on this.

Cons
- Reporting for Personal LinkedIn Profiles.
- When selecting text when making posts, selection tends to require bottom to top otherwise it doesn't select properly for deletion.
- Ability to post videos to Personal LinkedIn Accounts.
- We haven't seen any increase from increased engagement yet, however, we are only 30 days in.
