Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social

Zoho Social is currently being used in our organisation to handle all social media posts on all social media channels. Zoho Social provides an easy interface to auto-schedule posts, add tags, add hashtags, shorten URLs, analytics and much more. It has been up to now the best tool we have used for our activities.

  • Detailed analytics.
  • Show comments and messages from Social Media Platforms for easy customer engagement.
  • Tagging is sometimes not proper.
  • Instagram tags don't work.
  • Twitter Image sharing can be more improvised.
  • Scheduling has become easier.
  • Lots of time gets saved.
  • Can now schedule posts for off-office hours.
Zoho has better and easier interface and is more cost effective.

It fulfills all our requirements but there are places where we feel improvements are possible.
Support is great, get answers with clear knowledge and answers received has been always to the point. This has helped learn and make use of the product very soon and get started with the product quickly.
Most appropriate: Teams who manage multiple social media platforms. Instances when you want to schedule posts at specific times.

Less appropriate: Managing only one channel.
