Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social

I used it to increase my social media footprint. As a legally blind elder millennial, it simplified the process quite handily. I found it easy to use, functionally simple and what I did not know how to do I quickly figured out. Overall it is a very handy and useful product.
  • Manages social media output.
  • Provides simple and complex analytics.
  • Easily condenses notifications.
  • Uploading multiple posts can be tricky and the tutorial does not exist on the site. I had to seek it out via Google.
  • Increased engagement and got word of mouth going for my various social media accounts.
Zoho Social was a far cry better. Just easier to use and less expensive.

I'm a legally blind person and I can use it with relative ease. Doesn't get much better than that.
Friendly, accessible, and easy to manage.
Simply put, it was good to get my product out there. The algorithm behind most social media is predicated on output and engagement and Zoho Social helped simplify my social media output and helped me monitor engagement.
