Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social
I used it to increase my social media footprint. As a legally blind elder millennial, it simplified the process quite handily. I found it easy to use, functionally simple and what I did not know how to do I quickly figured out. Overall it is a very handy and useful product.
- Manages social media output.
- Provides simple and complex analytics.
- Easily condenses notifications.
- Uploading multiple posts can be tricky and the tutorial does not exist on the site. I had to seek it out via Google.
- Increased engagement and got word of mouth going for my various social media accounts.
Zoho Social was a far cry better. Just easier to use and less expensive.
