Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social

We use Zoho Social to control and market our brand across various social networking sites. We've had no problem with Zoho Social, it is user-friendly, fairly priced, and I recommend it above other social media management software.
  • User Friendly.
  • Lots of learning tools and videos.
  • Reasonably Priced.
  • Saves time.
  • Potentially introducing WhatsApp.
  • It's help my business gain new customers
  • It's saved me time and made my business more productive.
The last platform I used was Meet Edgar, I didn't feel I had as much control of it as I do with Zoho Social. Whilst I thought Hootsuite was good, it was expensive and I found integrating it with my different social media networks to be quite difficult.

Based upon user experience which is why I give it this rating.
Had no problems to date and when have required support for what are probably silly questions the tutorials are fantastic or someone has gotten back to me very quickly.
I genuinely think it is fantastic. I've had no problems. It's easy to use and it saves so much time. I highly recommend it to anyone wanting an efficient social media management software.
