Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social

Zoho Social is the BEST! I have found the perfect solution to social media marketing! It is extremely affordable and I highly recommend it! It allows you to switch easily between your social networks, schedule post according to your audience and shows everything you have scheduled to easily see the gaps. As a consultant you can switch between brands and add users with ease. This platform is a seamless process, and the functionality that enables you to customise content for each platform is a huge time-saving tool.

  • The only thing I've noticed is the date of the post disappears if I edit a post. It's not sticky and has to be reset if I edit the post
  • it helped me achieve more for less expenses

For me, Zoho Social is mostly used for lead generation and directly transferring them to Zoho CRM. I tried to use Zapier but it had limited tasks per month at a very high cost and the integration with Zoho CRM was a bit tough, same was the case with Hootsuite and Loomly

I have been using Zoho Social for only leads to create and transfer to Zoho CRM. So in the professional version, it is charging the full amount, I would have given a full rating if Zoho Social charges based on the features used in the subscription. They should introduce only a marketing module.
Never interacted with Zoho Social support.
Zoho Social is by far the best social media scheduler I've ever tried, it's full of features and smart tools. I specifically love the scheduling via an excel sheet, brilliant. and the price is very cheap compared to provided values.

Zoho social best feature is they provide 100 Days free trial to use their platform.Which is helpfull to understand the product .
Genuinely find it the best value and most versatile programme out there for scheduling on social media. Its user friendly and makes it easy to adjust and repeat posts depending on your audience. There are insights to show you when your audiences are most active so that you can adjust your scheduling if you need to
