Good tool at a great price
Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social
We use Zoho for our corporate social media profiles. It is easy to use, intuitive and offers good value for money.
Pros
- Easy to create posts across mulitple social platforms
- Easy to edit existing posts
- Great calender view so that I can see what is going out and when
Cons
- Functionality is not as good as other suppliers
- I would like to be able to add more own (personal) IG account
- Lacks good reporting functions
- Helps us manage our social content and visibility
- Helped save a lot of time
- Good value for money
Zoho doesn't offer all of the bells and whistles that you get from Sprout Social but it is a lot cheaper at the same time – I find Sprout to be more intuitive and more comprehensive. I evaluated and considered both tools before going with Zoho, in the end I felt Zoho offered most of the things Sprout offers but at a substantially lower cost.
