Overall Satisfaction with Zoom
I use Zoom to host my online classes, for private consults with clients and for webinars. I’m thinking also about sharing the platform with others.
- Great video and sound quality.
- Easy to use tools like whiteboards, annotators, chats, and to share the screen.
- Easy to install and use across multiple devices, even at the same time, like be on a desktop and iPad at the same time.
- Few dropped calls.
- Um, I’m struggling here to think of something that could be improved here. I wish it were cheaper for some higher end services. But it’s a great product, so I can’t be mad about that.
- Made it easier to have classes on a stable platform and to have a greater participatory experience with clients via screen share as I discuss rather complex ideas with them.
Zoom crushes them all. Better and more stable connections at prices that make sense for my business.
