Overall Satisfaction with Zoom
Zoom is being used as our main communication tool. Our workers are dispersed in different locations, and the majority of our internal and external meetings, as well as interviews, are conducted on Zoom. It is also used as a telemedicine platform for us to meet with patients.
- Its a solid application that is consistent and dependable.
- Private as well as group messaging.
- Encryption for our HIPPA requirements.
- Breakout rooms for larger meetings and trainings.
- I have heard of Zoom getting hacked, like programs being developed that spoof Zoom are concerning.
- Zoom has a very positive impact on our business, it is one of the main tools we use. A low cost high return tool.
We do use Zoom Rooms and are very satisfied.
We have used Ring Cental as well which I believe is based on or uses the Zoom platform.
