Overall Satisfaction with Zoom
It is being used by various departments—all of whom have their own accounts. While not efficient, this allows us to get around the corporate-mandated use of Skype, which is unreliable.
- Screen sharing

- Visible connectivity amongst my users
- The sound quality could use improvement. It's not perfect. While not bad, I've had better experiences.
- The Mac client and the breach of trust/security is not good. Surprised Zoom allowed this to happen.
- It's reliable versus our corporate mandated system namely for conferences outside of the company.
- It's easy to use. My team has zero issues with it. It's a standard amongst other providers.
- It's more reliable and less cumbersome than GoToMeeting, which has gotten bloated and not as seamless to use.
- The iOS app is solid.
Zoom performs consistently: my team and I don't have to worry about it failing. While the audio can be better, it's not any worse than GoToMeeting (it's better actually) or Skype for Business. It integrates well with our apps (Outlook) and the iOS app performs very nicely. The iOS app is probably my favorite way to access and use Zoom.
