Overall Satisfaction with Zoom
We are currently using Zoom for meetings since we have coordinators in every county in Hawaii. I am also using Zoom for our monthly training webinars that are offered to the community across the country. Since I live in Kaua’i, I often also use Zoom to have small meetings with my colleagues on Oahu.
- Reminder emails for monthly webinars.
- Easy to schedule meetings.
- Easy to find help when you need it.
- When sharing your screen sometimes it’s hard to see your options when you have many windows open.
- I'm not sure if there’s an option to where your chats from meetings are saved to.
- Improved meetings with colleagues on different islands.
- Improved meetings with community partners.
We do not use Zoom rooms.
