Overall Satisfaction with Zoom

Zoom is currently used throughout our organization to provide a virtual meeting room which helps in online collaboration of cross-functional units from offices scattered geographically. We also use Zoom to have meetings with our clients and prospective clients regularly. By using Zoom we increase efficiency by cutting cost and saving time.

  • Integration with email clients to send meeting invites.
  • Ability to use a more intuitive meeting ID will help improve meeting identification.
  • Finding a meeting recording sometimes can be challenging.

  • Improved collaboration: virtual meeting enables individuals from different locations to meet online.
  • Saving cost by reducing travel expenses and office space rent.

No we do not.
Zoom is definitely a challenger to more established Cisco WebEx. With a more attractive pricing model for individuals, Zoom is the best options for freelancer professionals and small enterprises as opposed to Cisco WebEx which is well-known and already has an established market among large corporations. Cisco WebEx has a definite advantage in terms of integration with corporate infrastructure.
Zoom is well suited for organizations which require collaborations from cross-functional units which disperse to multiple offices with significant geographical distance where each office has access to the internet. The use of virtual meeting room can also resolve meeting space problems which for some organizations with limited office space availability.
