Overall Satisfaction with Zoom
Zoom has been excellent for our environment and is used throughout the whole organization. It's used to communicate within the organization easily; and Zoom Rooms are easy to use!

- Friendly interface
- Audio quality
- It has not had much impact as we do not have or use across multiple sites.
Zoom Rooms has been a good experience and we are looking to implement DTEN with it.
Zoom is a lot better to use.
