Overall Satisfaction with Zoom

We use it across the company to interact internally and with clients.

Pros

  • Easy to set up.
  • Works consistently across various devices.
  • The Zoom application allows for the settings to be managed.

Cons

  • We recently installed a Zoom Room that had a separate DSP to manage the many mics. When adjusting the audio settings in the Zoom app on the iPad, that page said it was turned off. However, we came to realize after many attempts and going to the Admin page, that it was actually ON. So, you should ensure that an iPad, that is paired to the specific Zoom Room license, reflects the correct settings.

The Zoom Room app is very easy to use when initiating a meeting. It also does a good job with wireless screen sharing.
It's well suited for remote teams. It also works well for All-Hands meetings.
