Overall Satisfaction with Zoom
We are using Zoom to change the way that our employees communicate with each other throughout the whole organization. We also wanted to change the experience people have in our conference rooms as they are crucial in everyday business.

- Wider support of other OS and OEM manufactures
- Greater platform for comms.
- It can tend to get expensive really quick.
- Has multiple use cases.
Zoom is by far much superior and has pioneered the user experience and layout that many are familiar with today. In terms of stability of service and ease of use, Zoom takes the cake. For someone that has never administered Zoom before, it is much easier than the god-awful Microsoft SFB.
