Overall Satisfaction with Zoom
We are using Zoom to change the way that our employees communicate with each other throughout the whole organization. We also wanted to change the experience people have in our conference rooms as they are crucial in everyday business.

The setup is super easy to manage. It is just a matter of knowing what you want to implement from the get-go. Support for the product is fantastic and we hope it stays that way. I expect that our whole company will be rolled out with Zoom in the quarter!
We are still in the preliminary stages of Zoom Phone. One thing that we have experienced that is not great is the availability of countries/regions at this point in time. I'm hoping that we can get this up and going soon that the rest of our global regions can experience what Zoom Phone is like!
Zoom is by far much superior and has pioneered the user experience and layout that many are familiar with today. In terms of stability of service and ease of use, Zoom takes the cake. For someone that has never administered Zoom before, it is much easier than the god-awful Microsoft SFB.
