My company is transitioning away from Polycom proprietary equipment to Zoom Rooms. The user experience is extremely simple compared to traditional video conferencing. The one-touch join via Outlook/Exchange integration removes all excuses for user error. I have also been able to set up Zoom Rooms locally for final installation internationally, as well as help other international offices setup Zoom Rooms from scratch.
