Overall Satisfaction with Zoom
I used Zoom for educational webinars within a community for women in tech. It helps to get connected to different experts and like-minded people in the industry.
- Good quality of video.
- Good audio.
- Ability to record sessions/webinars after they're done were particularly valuable.
- Always strive to maintain a good quality of audio and video.
- Zoom is good for webinars, for connecting to people in different parts of the country.
I haven't used it.

I haven't used other products besides Zoom. I don't know if the competition provides a similar service or not but Zoom was effective for us.
