Overall Satisfaction with Zoom
Zoom is being used as an alternative/replacement of our current external self-service video conferencing solution. This will touch every business line, but only for external meetings. Our current video conferencing tool will continue to be used for internal communications/conferencing.
- Ease of use - easily deploys to our end-users with minimal documentation on how to use it.
- UI - the user interface is easy for our end-users to leverage.
- Messaging archiving - we need the ability to archive all messages and while we haven't been able to deploy messaging yet when we do we will need a scalable solution for archiving.
- VDI support - we are running into issues optimizing our virtual workforce.
- Client interactions - improved ability to connect to our clients.
- Restricted client - ability to restrict the client-based on our firm's needs.
- Skype for Business (formerly Lync)
