Overall Satisfaction with Zoom
We use Zoom for any and all remote meetings, and even in separate rooms while in the office during COVID times. It allowed us to all connect even when we couldn't be together in person and gave us the ability to share our screens and collaborate on projects easily. Everyone in our office uses it and it helped keep us moving forward when times got tricky.

Zoom is more universally understood and professionally accepted, giving everyone a greater ease of use when connecting with external parties. Most people have Zoom loaded on their work computers and there is very little issue setting calls with Zoom.
