Zoom has been a lifesaver as it has provided wide aspects of conducting and attending meetings and webinars in the organization. Zoom has multiple features and faster adaptability. All useful and important aspects are discussed in meetings for smooth integration. Zoom has multiple features like screen sharing, creating rooms, live chatting, background changing, and such. Zoom has impacted majorly in the organization by providing regular meeting updates and reminders for future enhancements.
- Secured communication with authenticity
- Sharing documents while on call
- Changing background for chatrooms
- Allows other applicable apps to access from zoom
- Timing of the meetings could be more and an option to resume the same meeting without conducting another meeting could be helpful
- Joining a meeting should be more feasible using the join link than having it redirected to webpages
- Cost could have been a little less
