Overall Satisfaction with Zoom
Mostly used in leadership meeting sessions and one on one meetings. The biggest problem I experienced was the volume of people on meeting calls would cause a lag or delay in the call. This was not every time but mostly in all team meetings, which were once a month for the past year.

- Need better options for iOS devices.

- No worries on permissions or privileges.
- No excuses to meet.
- Good additional option for communications.
- Easy to setup or conduct meetings.
- Would like to see the option to record meetings.
Zoom is much better than using a source such as Vonage for business meeting solutions. The main reason would be Vonage has limits and can't always function properly when using a government computer. In those situations, one would need to use a mobile device. When it comes to Zoom, you can use it on any device with fewer problems and issues.
