Overall Satisfaction with Zoom
We use Zoom for our large company meetings, and I like that it's extremely simple, it gives the presenters the option to immediately mute its audience (with other products, we'd have people interrupting all the time), but I like that Zoom provides crisp and clear sound and picture as well as providing me with the options to interact during the meeting such as chat and background filters.

- Been able to share information on a quarterly basis with a large population via video without worrying about the feed breaking up.
- It's easy to use for presenters, and we do not get any more interruptions with other software (like Webex).
Zoom over Webex, while nothing against Webex, Zoom is much easier to understand and use right out of the gate. It provides simple functionality for a nice, clean video conference and also has the bandwidth that we needed to host a lot of people (500+) while Webex could not support that number for some reason. So that's ultimately why we have continued to use Zoom for our large conference meetings.
