Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo

Using to identify direct contact phone and emails for key employees of targeted companies. Using in to market financial services within our department. It has been challenging to reach people in the home. Finding it easier to reach them in the work place. It has helped us strategize about targeted companies to prospect.
  • Identification of direct phone numbers in workplace
  • Being able to follow up contact with an email
  • Pulling up related information about the individuals involvement that helps us relate to them quickly
  • Advanced searches are a bit clumsy
  • Some data has not been updated in timely manner
  • Would be nice if system were able to pull detail down on a specific individual to find others like them in a market as LinkedIn does
  • Have only begun to use regularly - Not attained ROI yet
  • Helping us define niches and have contact info to relate to target
  • Like the Non Profit data - Have struggled to identify contacts in this space.
Using Linked In Recruiter Seat - Pretty robust on finding others like them. Would be nice if had similar features. Imagine that am not using system to its fullest extent. Need to use tutorials, if there are any. Have tried to learn by doing. Would be nice to have periodical trainings available.
Reduced time researching contact info and more time spent actually making contacts.
