Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo

It is used by our business development reps to prospect contacts for target accounts. It helps us get the contact information needed to efficiently reach out to these people.

Pros

  • Provide contact information.
  • Understanding account size/revenue.

Cons

  • Not all info is accurate or up to date.
  • Constantly logs out or lags which hinders our ability to do our job.
  • Helps prospecting new business easier.
  • Grown our contact data base.
I have not used any other tools.
It's perfect for getting contact information for people that you want to reach out to in an organization. While it would be great to understand the entire org chart from a company, it's almost impossible to piece together the hierarchy just through ZoomInfo. It's great when you find someone on LinkedIn and can use the extension to get their contact info.
