Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo

Our sales department uses ZoomInfo for in-depth prospecting. It assists us in finding the proper contact and mapping before making any form of initial outreach. The data so far has been fairly reliable and does a great job exporting to our CRM and sales enablement software.

Far better quality and ease of use.
It is very useful as part of a tech stack for sales reps in SaaS. I can't speak for it outside of this.
