Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo SalesOS

We use ZoomInfo to find new contacts from the accounts we are trying to penetrate. With many insights and tools like scoops, looklike model, predictive scoring, ICP profile, websights, and intent data, we are able to find ideal contacts from those accounts. We also use the tool to update our accounts.

We chose ZoomInfo because they have a better reputation for having the accurate data and it was highly recommended by our peers. The insights they deliver are very valuable for us to understand which accounts are engaging.
I am happy with their contact data. They are more accurate than their competitors. I like their contact filter capabilities to find the right contact. It is a great tool if you are trying to find the decison makers of accoutns you never worked with before. You can find accounts that visited your website which is important.

I would negotiate for better cost and purchase more licenses. We don't have enough licenses for our Sales team.

When they offered and done several training with our Sales and Marketing team with a short notice. They answered most of the questions and our Sales team said the training was so helpful.
