Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo

Department use in Sales, a way to form lists to manage in our CRM. Those lists are catered to a specific industry or vertical with ZoomInfo's search capabilities and exported via Excel file to be uploaded and called/emailed as new business development.
The business problem it addresses is forming a solid list of potential clients to interact with.
  • Clear and organized search engine.
  • Company and contact info.
  • Customer service and help.
  • Some outdated contact information.
  • Ability to export more than 25 contacts to the CRM (Zoho).
  • Excel file cleanup on export.
  • More efficiency in targeted approaches to potential clients.
  • Larger lead conversation, more accurate information, Decision maker reached.
  • Grown data base.
ZoomInfo is the only one I have used.
Well suited in many ways for new business development. Not only is it great for compiling lists of potential clients to interact with, but also a data base of people, titles, and positions ready to be used a search engine for research. It is less appropriate for anything past information of the client, person, or company.
