Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo
We primarily use ZoomInfo to discover prospective clients who fit our ideal customer profile. This has helped us continue to build our sales funnel despite everything that's happened over the past few years and makes finding new customers easier, even for our sales reps who've been in the role for years.

- Increased efficiency with lead generation
- Finding alternative contact or those with better fit.
- Helping to bring that new data into Salesforce
Both were useful for finding prospect info and new customers, but ZoomInfo's company-level information has been more accurate, where I felt that Navigators' individual prospect info was more up to date coming straight from their profile. I also like that we're not strictly stuck with contacts who use LinkedIn.
