Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo Chat (formerly Insent)

ZoomInfo Chat is the official platform to talk to clients since the pandemic started. It has been really helpful for us since Zoom provides a bunch of tools where we can create a normal call or a seminar or even break out into different rooms in order to work in other things while we are in the call

It is just a different product or software since Zoom is the standard software where the company communicates both inside and outside the company. It is just a great tool to take things into another level when it comes to the communication of companies. It is really helpful to have this type of software in a sales based company.

ZoomInfo Chat is well suited for the companies to increase the conversations both internal and external issues. Also create a better service with the clients since the conversation is really easy to start with just a click away from a call. They need to improve in audio quality since sometimes it is hard to understand when someone is not having good audio.
