Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo OperationsOS

We use ZoomInfo for prospecting and pulling leads. We also use their product, Ringlead, very frequently to enrich and mass update our data. ZoomInfo is excellent for pulling new prospects and creating accounts, and widely extends the number of businesses we can target to sell to. Our entire sales department uses it.

  • Makes it easy to create new accounts and auto populate data.
  • Ringlead makes it simple to run mass update tasks.
  • Data cleanliness - sometimes, data is old or inaccurate.
  • Matching capabilities - We've found that it occasionally duplicates existing accounts in our CRM.
  • We've used it to get valuable info on companies we are targeting.
ZoomInfo has helped us obtain better data on companies that we are trying to target, particularly when we have a specific list of companies or departments we are trying to reach out to. It has been especially helpful in pulling employees with certain job titles, such as ones that include Operations or Human Resources.

When I was using ZoomInfo, we would frequently upload accounts directly to our Salesforce instance. Though I'm not an active user anymore, we still have people in our Sales department who are using it daily to enrich our data.

ZoomInfo is easy to use and provides lots of valuable data, but occasionally doesn't provide the most accurate data. However, it's easy to pull reports and specify what type of leads you're trying to find. Downloading leads/uploading them to your CRM is also simple and straightforward.

Yes

ZoomInfo is well suited for casting a wide net when prospecting. You can easily pull an excess of leads to reach out to, making it easy to target certain industries. You can even specify the type of employee you are looking to target. It's less suited for when you need very precise data. In my experience, it has been hit or misses with data accuracy.
