Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo SalesOS
The main thing I love about ZoomInfo is its integration with Salesforce, I am able to easily import account and contact information directly into the platform. This comes in handy when I need to create a new account or contact and I can find them on ZoomInfo. ZoomInfo is also very helpful for locating new businesses/contact to target or reach out to. I am able to search for company type, size and location and then import that data into Salesforce.
- Zoominfo has a very robust database of Businesses and contacts.
- The integration with different CRMs and sales engagement platforms is very useful.
- The Chrome extension scans the websites you visit and lets you know if there is a Zoominfo profile associated with it.
- Many small businesses are not on the platform, but I feel that is to be expected.
- I don't have any other major qualms with ZoomInfo, it is a great tool.

I used to use DiscoverOrg, but it was acquired by ZoomInfo. I also looked at a few other options in the past, but none were as good or robust as ZoomInfo.
