Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo SalesOS

I am from sales development team, so reaching out to the potential customers is the important part of the job. So Zoominfo helps to profile the prospects from the target accounts. The biggest help that Zoominfo provides is in prospecting the target accounts. Reaching out to prospect whose contact is not there with us, it is so easy with zoominfo. Its advanced filter options makes it really convenient to search from the thousands of accounts. Its tag feature allows to group selected prospects based on criteria, which can be later accessed. This helps in organizing the task.
  • Advanced Search - gives tones of filter options to improve search
  • Contacts - provides contacts of the potential customers (prospects) particularly business emails.
  • Exporting the contacts or list to external tools like outreach.
  • Missing / outdated / wrong contacts.
  • Search list shows only 25 contacts per page.
  • Missing accounts

  • Positive: Quick reach out to target decision makers of the company
  • Positive: In 80%+ instances, correct contact information
  • Positive: Direct reach out to the decision makers speed up lead conversion process and reduces wastage of time in going through manager level to C-level
  • Negative: Very expensive though.
The database is quite vast as compared to the above solutions. Also the quality of the data is better, though there are still outdated and missing contacts, but zoominfo works for me 80%+ time. Its just not about the contact information, insights about the accounts, the "scoops" feature provides relevant information, which is missing in other solutions.
Since we have to deal with account prospecting for south India region, cities like Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad have thousands of mid market accounts which are potential customers. So it's not practically possible to have contacts from all the target companies. So, here zoominfo plays a very important role in reaching out to the prospects from these accounts. We are just given the names of the target companies and with the help of zoominfo, we can profile the accounts and reach out to the prospects, giving a huge boost to the business.
