Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo SalesOS

We utilize ZoomInfo to identify organizations who would benefit from our services, as well as organizations who would be ideal partners in expanding our network. ZoomInfo SalesOS helps us in acquiring new business, as well as expanding our offerings to further meet the needs of our existing clientele. This allows ZoomInfo SalesOS to help us expand in all directions.

Pros

  • Tailored searches
  • Vast amounts of details on companies and individuals allows users to have a comprehensive picture before initial outreach
  • Being able to understand existing organizational structures of companies allows us to identify the ideal point of contact.

Cons

  • For initial users, the system can be a little overwhelming. A ZoomInfor SalesOS Basics guide could be beneficial to keep new users from feeling lost amongst all the options.
  • Clearer instructions on how to set targeted search parameters for inbound information would be beneficial.
We have found certain data points to be of particular use, including overall company size, organizational structure (org charts), and the multiple methods of contacting individuals that are often included in their profiles. Additionally, we have found it really helpful to be able to see a brief description of a company’s business, as well as locate a direct link to their website in the profile.
  • Time saving has been a key benefit, particularly in identifying future partners
  • ZoomInfo SalesOS has allowed us to develop new product lines in order, knowing that there’s an existing market
  • This has also increased the overall productive of our team members whose jobs include identifying potential partners.

Of the three, which are all ZoomInfo product lines, the most useful of the three is the ZoomInfo Sales OS. The Sales OS setup allows user to quickly gather the information needed to move forward.
ZoomInfo SalesOS is ideal for organizations that are looking to identify targeted audiences as they work to develop outbound marketing approaches. Identifying the organizations that would be ideal clients, partners, or even competition, is incredibly beneficial when it comes to being able to both evaluate internally, and pitch your company’s platform to others.
