Overall Satisfaction with Zscaler Internet Access
Because of COVID we had to quickly pivot into a remote workforce. This means providing access to the company network for users outside of our office, we use Zscaler to ensure a smooth user experience when accessing tools we need to service out clients. This company-wide access also allows departments to still collaborate while working remotely, because of Zscaler we didn't have any downtime and we carried on our operation as if we were all housed in one location.
- Speed - get access to your company tools without any hiccups or delay.
- Secure - keeping data protected for the company and allowing access only to authorized people.
- Ease of deployment - minimal setup needed and little to none connectivity issues.
- Desktop notification - inform users if connection was terminated.
- Guided help - show options for self-troubleshooting.
- Self-install - instead of IT doing it for you, maybe you can do the installation on your own.
- Zscaler client connector - provides the user real-time date related to their connection.
- The client connector also tells you whether you are working on a trusted network.
- And provides insight on relevant connection statistics.
- Amazon WorkSpaces (VDI)
We didn't have a good experience with VDI on AWS, oftentimes it would get disconnected and we had to make several re-starts before the connection can be established.
