Overall Satisfaction with Zscaler Internet Access

The ZScalar is being used by each and every user within the company. The following are pros n cons of Zscalar:


Pros:
  • Provides Secured internet with full encryption.
  • Ease of use & don't reduce the speed of internet like other security softwares.
  • Easy to monitor usage through log reports, which can be exported on demand.
  • Last but not the least, bandwidth control using this product by load balancing feature.

Cons:
  • It starts while booting the system.
  • The user can disable it anytime.
  • Limited features in Content filtration.

ZScalar was more efficient as it did not reduced the speed of internet. Also, it provides better tunnel security.

Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365), Avast Business Antivirus
It is well suited in manufacturing where the users are not mobile. However, in the situation where users are mobile like in sales etc, there it is less appropriate.
Office365 with ZScalar is comparatively slow, the email uploading & downloading takes time.

Using Zscaler Internet Access

  • Restrict the software interference with Zscalar
  • Removing Zscalar from boot loading
The overall conclusion of the review is good. Zscalar have some limitations which will surely resolved in the updates provided by company from time to time. The best part is that it doesnt reduce the speed of internet.
