Overall Satisfaction with Zuora

Currently we use Zuora as our Billing and subscription platform for the VAS offerings within Rogers. Currently bill and subscribes for NHL, Next Issue, Shomi and Spotify. Along with providing the billing and subscription we rely heavily on the reporting functionality within Zuora. Through reports and data exports we are able to accurately account and recognize revenue along within any other details for billing and subscriptions.

  • Easy integration with various other IT systems
  • Reporting could be enhanced but that is coming from what I have heard
  • Integration between some legacy billing platforms

Using Zuora

Approximately 20 people use Zuora specifically from a UI perspective, since we use Zuora for billing and subscription information it would pertain to any creation or manipulation of those functions.
