When I first started with Blackbaud I was sending collateral through Word. After using Seismic for the first time I realized how much easier and effective it is and have not used Word doc's for collateral since.

Our entire Business Development and Sales dept uses Seismic. It helps us gauge interest on the receiving end. We can see how long they spend viewing the literature that we send.

For a large organization where information needs to be sourced by keeping the process simple, Seismic is the best tool. I feel this is relevant for almost any line of business since the content is part of all businesses!

We use ClearSlide to publish PowerPoint/Google slides presentations for clients to review. We track who has viewed it, so we know who to follow up with. We also track where the viewer is from, what their email address is, what their title is and we use all of that information in a follow-up email.

When wanting to compile a custom deck or certain collateral to share with a prospect, without ever leaving your email you can search and find the case study you're looking for, etc. and share it much easier. The extensions allowing you to work directly within your email are fantastic.
