We made ZoomInfo available to any advisor that wanted to pay for it. The main problem it addresses is prospecting information. It gives us the ability to put together lists of people sorted and grouped any way you can think of to call on or prospect.

Getting professional contact information is great -- we often need personal contact information, however, and ZoomInfo doesn't provide that (we use Spokeo instead).

ZoomInfo is great if you do a lot of prospecting. ZoomInfo really helps get the contact info for prospects we are already aware of, but cannot be trusted to generate prospects without cross-referencing with LinkedIn or another tool.

I recommend using the tool regularly to colleagues. If you have a gap or have a weak pipeline, I always recommend starting prospecting activities with SalesPRISM.
