Get Recognized for Your Top-notch Customer Support, Ease of Use or Feature Set

Introducing three new ways to differentiate your product from the competition with attribute awards from TrustRadius.

TrustRadius has been issuing Top Rated awards across hundreds of business technology categories for several years. Scores of tech providers have used our Top Rated badges to distinguish themselves in crowded markets. Based solely on user satisfaction ratings, the Top Rated award is truly an indication of customer love, and something to be proud of.

That said, we know the limitations of simple satisfaction ratings. Even in the same category, products can be quite different. They might serve different use cases, fill unique market niches, or have different strengths or standout features. Depending on a buyer’s criteria, they might find one product or another to be a better fit.

Many tech providers struggle to stand out as well. You need an award to show not only that your customers love your product, but also why. How are you delivering a delightful customer experience?

TrustRadius is introducing awards for three attributes that are very common on a buyer’s list of requirements:

  • Best Customer Support
  • Best Usability
  • Best Feature Set

By issuing these attribute awards, we’re helping buyers narrow down their choices in crowded markets. We’re also helping tech marketers like you highlight your differentiators based on trusted feedback from your customers.

Why should I care?

You have a chance to get recognized for your product’s core strengths that buyers are looking for. If you win, you can use the badge all year long on your site, social media, landing pages and emails, at no cost.

What do I need to do?

Source 10 new reviews of your product by December 1, 2020. That’s all you need to do to ensure your product is considered for all three awards.

Here is a useful review growth kit to help you in sourcing reviews.

How does it work?

For each category, up to 3 products can win for each attribute. Winners will be selected based on quantitative and qualitative feedback related to the qualities of customer support, usability and breadth of feature set.

Winners will be announced via blog posts targeted at buyers in the category on January 6th.

When is this all happening?

Deadline to meet the review threshold (10 new reviews) is December 1, 2020. Awards will be announced on January 6, 2021. Winners can use the badge all year long.

How can I use the award if I win?

Awards work best for companies who promote them! TrustRadius winners love to share these awards with their communities, with prospective clients, and with their teams to boost company morale.

We’ve seen vendors display their badges proudly on websites, marketing and sales collateral, lead generation campaigns, social media, and even a few highway billboards! Some forward-thinking companies have even created celebratory videos to share on social media—those tend to gain 3X engagement.

To help you promote this award, we’ve created a free media kit with easy-to-use templates that will help you spread the word. If you win, we’ll share this with you in your announcement email.

What about other awards?
