Currently, UltiPro is primarily used by human resources. We are slowly rolling out company wide starting with Employee Self Service. Our goal is to automate as much as possible.

Fieldglass VMS is definitely a leader in VMS technology but has strong competition with Beeline, PROUnlimited software, etc. I would need to do a comparison of FG against these other technologies which I am less knowledgeable. The only other factor is cost - not sure how Fieldglass VMS compares.

The system works, period. QQest support is extremely knowledgeable of their product. In the very few times I have contacted them (mostly for updates) I allow them to remote in and the problem is fixed or the application is upgraded within the hour.

Workforce Central is a very good product, but understanding how it will be used in your environment is key. Workforce Central works very well in auxiliary units that use time clocks but is less effective in academic units with student employees that work multiple jobs.

Recruiting module is not friendly to campus recruiting. Cognos reporting has great capabilities but is not user friendly in that it really has a steep learning curve.

I would love more ability to contact the techs that are working on future product changes to make sure they are aware of the issues in the field. It feel sometimes our message gets lost before it gets where it is needed.

While it performs the basic functions of human resource administration/benefits administration, it is not as complex/robust as other HRIS programs I have used in the past. The back-office capabilities are very dated and could use improvement.

This may be a great product for a large organization, but for a small company, Ceridian's method of charging an arm and a leg for every change needed adds up very quickly.

The analytics are good but the user interface can be challenging to use. If you have a team of expert analysts and need really precise analytics then it can be useful but the learning curve can be high.

This software is best suited for medium to larger call centers. In my particular experience, the software did amazing things but the culture of the company was not ready for the shift required to let the software guide the decisions.

Your shop needs a large amount of data for Attensity to work sufficiently...The tool also works best within the quality assurance and consumer packaging verticals, which produce high amounts of complaints.

The system does not have the ability to link positions to departments, divisions or supervisors. Therefore you must link each employee to their organization categories one at a time.
