Read full review Pros Building documentation is super easy Sending out that documentation after it is built is most of the time seamless Customer service at Nintex is awesome if we ever need anything Read full review Templatization of different documents Reminder system to remind clients to view and sign documents Easily save different pages as templates to add or remove them from future documents Easily collect signatures from clients and view the progress of all documents in one dashboard. Using the check mark boxes next to the text makes it difficult to line up. Can one be entered on the same line as the text as an option so that it is not difficult in the future? Combining templates creates shifts in some formatting, making the document no longer aligned where needed. Read full review Likelihood to Renew The reason I gave it a rating of 7 is because it's probable, but not for sure. This is because there are a few little things we don't love about pandadoc. Mostly that there is not conditional logic such as: they must either fill this field out OR this one. Also it's a little pricey. But we'll probably stay because it's good enough and a pain to switch to something new
Read full review Usability Once you get the hang of it, it's very easy to use. There can be a slightly steep learning curve to get fully in on the system. The new editor v2 has really improved usability and allows us to collaborate on documents simultaneously. Once the templates and library items are set up, a new document, whether it be a sales or HR document, takes very little time to complete.

Read full review Support Rating Recently I could not upload a pdf to a contract - support was very responsive and easy to work with. They got back to me the next day with an apparent fix - however when I opened the document nothing had changed. I then could not respond to the rep who was helping me because it was a "no-reply address", the problem still has not been solved and we had to make alternate arrangements to get this to the client. Never had it happen before and was only with this one contract.

Read full review Alternatives Considered I believe that Conga is a great tool that is very similar to Nintex. However, I do believe Nintex is constantly updating its features. I also like the fact that their knowledge base on the website is wonderful and not convoluted. In addition to that, the customer service is amazing. I don't think I remember having any issues with Nintex, but I do remember one instance where they got back to me within 2 hours, and I appreciated that.
