We use Articulate Rise when a quick turnaround is needed with high quality results to include scenario based learning. We use Review 360 to provide a collaborative space for SMEs, business owners, regulatory reviewers, and internal and external QC reviews.

I use Articulate 360 Storyline and Rise to create trainings and communications for my organization. We can quickly build beautiful, interactive modules on topics like safety and compliance, performance, leadership capabilities, or system trainings. Articulate 360's modules are all compatible with our LMS so that course progress can be saved, tracked, and reported on.

Articulate 360 Rises in some areas, but not all
I create and facilitate all the internal training in our organization from product updates to sales enablement certification. Articulate 360 allows me to build the trainings easily. Articulate 360 also makes it easy to have peers review my work before I publish it and the PMs/SMEs can easily help me adjust what is necessary before assigning them to employees

Solid piece of software – with highly recommend
Articulate 360 is used in our business to create and craft, interactive, learning lessons, modules, programs that teach our customers how to utilize our software. Prior to purchasing Articulate 360, videos were used to teach learners about our software. The problem with this approach was the scalability and the editing process that was involved. We were hiring outside contractors to complete this work, it started to become quite expensive, and we needed a way to quickly and rapidly build courseware where we could edit it ourselves.

Use Articulate 360 for making clean, polished, engaging courses for your customer training.
I use Articulate 360 to design scientific training courses our customers use in Biotechnology. Our customers use an Online Academy to get trained on our products. Articulate 360 has a suite of software for creating interactive courses. I mostly use RISE and Storyline which are software within the Articulate 360 products.
- Rise is clean and professional. It looks polished to users and is easy for learners to follow.
- They have outstanding support.
- Storyline allows you to create some very engaging intricate interactive learning.
- Generally, their products are user friendly.
- They are considered the Gold standard in elearning authoring.
- Their courses can be read on phones, tablets computers. etc.
- They also have a powerpoint add in for making really nice slides.
- Their review tool, allows you to easily send the courses to reviewers who can update in course.
- Although you can do a lot with Storyline, it does require a bit of a learning curve and a new designer would not easily be able to get started. Sometimes, if you don't design it correctly, your users might get stuck such as with a "submit" button that doesn't work, etc. The program files can be big and clunky.
- Rise is easy to use and looks nice but can use a bit more functionality. After you have made a few courses, you wish you could have more functionality and design, although Articulate does keep adding to it.
- Being a market leader, Articulate has just reaped the benefits of its stellar product. But they haven't done much to introduce newer products into the market. Soon other companies may come up with something that could cause them to lose their unique position.

I use Articulate 360 to build safety training lessons in Storyline and Rise. I love the programs and think they are very intuitive. My only complaint is it crashes a lot. I realize it's partly a compatibility/memory issue with my computer, but I don't have that issue with other training sites. I've opened a ticket and was given troubleshooting, but it didn't work....

We primarily are using Articulate 360 to develop and create online/self-paced courses for our membership base for a variety of classes. This has allowed us to significantly upgrade and refine the user's learning experience, both on a cosmetic level and an interactive level. The tools and options at our disposal with Articulate 360 specifically have greatly expanded our ability to enhance our online offerings and have made the learning experience much more dynamic and involved. Students are no longer simply scrolling through PowerPoint slides and are more immersed in the information they are reviewing.
- Expands instructional design palette with interactive tools such as flip cards, drop-down lists, quizzes, and video/audio.
- A deep image library that enables to craft more visually-pleasing online/self-paced courses.
- Review tool allows for specific commentary on elements/areas within a course that need revising/editing.
- There's a bit of a learning curve. It takes some time to get used to the interface and litany of tools that are at one's disposal.
- There are some tools (tables/bullet points) that are a bit finicky and it can be tricky discerning how to implement some of them.

My thoughts on Articulate 360
We use Articulate 360 to create in house training courses to be uploaded to our LMS. Some problems we face are not being fully knowledgable on how to use the product as well as not being able to speak to anyone directly. Note: communication is only provided via email I've found.

Perfect for new and experienced Instructional Designers alike!
We have two major use cases: we have a large MX (customer service) organization that needs ongoing training around SLAs, changes to product, supply, chain, constraints, and all sorts of ways to help our customers when they call in or email. Some of these trainings are part of a certification program, and other ones are just in time trainings. we also have do use case for our internal corporate employees for their on-boarding and ongoing learning and development.

Articulate 360 Makes eLearning Development Quick & Easy
I use Articulate 360 to develop SCORM learning modules on compliance, leadership training, product knowledge, and soft skills as needed for my company. I primarily use Articulate Rise, as well as the Review feature to have Subject Matter Experts (SME's) perform content reviews. I've also started sharing content access with another learning designer so we can edit each others work as needed.
- Develop content quickly with use of pre-designed content blocks for text, media and interactions
- Provides an easy way for Subject Matter Experts to review content in development
- Allows variety in themes, layouts and moderate amount of customization in the branding and course look/feel
- I'd like to see more variety in the types of interactions available. The ones that exist now (hot spot, drag n' drop, flip cards, etc.) are useful, but it would be nice to have more options without having to build something custom in Storyline to pull over. For example, I'd like a more elaborate sorting activity, customizable drag and drop activity, game options such as crosswords, options that allow user response, and more variety in the quizzing and assessment.
- The built-in branching scenario feature requires a bit of trial and error. I'd like to see a snapshot, at-a-glance view of the scenario so it easier to see where the branching is, or where its missing.
- The built-in assessment features are pretty limited - the Knowledge Check block has only multiple choice, multiple response, fill in the blank and basic matching. There is the option to pull in a test bank which is great, but it would be great to have more options built-in without having to develop something more elaborate in Storyline.

Articulate 360 makes elearning creation easier
This platform is used to create meaningful learning modules for our enterprise and for our clients. Being able to use a platform that allows the end-user to be more interactive with what they are learning has been a great experience. The polished and professional look of the modules continually impresses our staff and our clients.
- Accessing from an online platform vs. downloading to your desktop makes it less cumbersome. You are able to access a majority of their products from any device at any time.
- Its extremely easy to navigate and learn. I was hesitant to try learn Rise and found that is very user-friendly and was not intimidating at all. First time creators will find it easy to create.
- The ability to let others review a module and experience what the end-user will experience has been great. Adding comments and suggestions to enhance the module has been helpful.
- Move Storyline to an online platform. And simplify it. Its hard to learn.
- The price can be a hindrance especially for small companies or non-profits
- More customization. Sometimes I feel tied and have to find creative ways to showcase information with the features available especially if an SME wants to present their diagram or process a specific way.

Articulate 360
Articulate 360 is the key product used for creating our WBT training for the company. Not only is it extremely user friendly, it works extremely well with SumTotal LMS. This was the most important factor for using Articulate 360 as previous training material did not work well with the LMS.
- it is very easy to use format, very much like using PowerPoint or Microsoft Word
- Using layers is a great way to include a large amount of information to be used on one slide
- Videos and pictures can be added easily
- Audio can be imported or recorded directly to the slide in Articulate 360
- I would like to see more entrance and exit animation choices than what is currently provided.
- Better documented tool usage, dos/don'ts, nice-to-knows, would be extremely helpful

Rise First
Articulate 360 is used in our organization to meet the business problem of lack of availability of our leaders and core staff members to complete learning. Additionally to help improve the learning culture amongst core staff and leaders. There is a specific need to support leaders, new hires, and role specific training.

A good all-round learning creation tool with a little training
We need to be able to create training easily for our staff, and make it mobile-first as 90% of staff use phones or ipads to completed

- RISE allows us to create duplicates for sight variation between business units and departments where only minor changes are needed
- The layering can be fairly complex to create so takes a bit of training to get used to making all the triggers work correctly

Articulate 360 is a Learning Managers Right Hand
We use Articulate 360 to make all of our internal training courses. Our industry has 2 points of learning. On hand training and online. With so many various topics and operational tasks the Articulate 360 software allows us to make content for online training fast and great looking. It is also nice that you have multiple ways to publish your course. We have a learning management system that allows a SCORM file upload. Makes it fast and easy to build the course into our current LMS.

Ease of use capabilities for all - Articulate 360
We have purchased this software to use for our e-learning modules. We create specific courses and do not outsource any of our e-learning.
This software allows us to create engaging and interactive courses that even our employees that are computer challenged can take and succeed using.

- It is a program that is going to be kept up to date and the user will automatically have updates available.
- It has some graphic capabilities that are extra in Articulate's other programs.
- It has some new fast development tools that will assist with creating mobile training. (Our company currently doesn't have any plans for mobile-based training.)
- provides lots of graphics including video that saves a lot of money for small businesses
- Annual Cost. Most commercial software is going this direction, so it is to be expected. It allows the user to have new updates quickly, but can be a budget buster for small organizations.

We use Articulate 360 pretty much every day at 4pt. It enables us to deliver well-designed eLearning solutions to our customers. For complex interactions we use Storyline, where we can really flex our creativity and build engaging learning interactions. When the content is more simple, or where budget is more of a consideration, we use Rise. Rise allows us to turn around projects more quickly.
- Industry standard software with fantastic community support.
- Suitable for creating both complex and simple interactions.
- Widely used, so provides peace of mind to our customers, giving them the security that they can easily find another vendor should they wish.
- I'd like to see improved global styling options in Rise. For example, changing font size and colour across an entire module would be a massive time-saver.
- Reverse page transitions would be a nice to have addition to Storyline. For example, if a user clicks to view the previous slide, the transition would animate to look as though the page was moving back, instead of forward.
- The addition of a fully customisable colour palette that carries through globally to Rise would be welcomed.

You cannot beat the industry standard
My company is currently using Articulate 360 as our primary tool for all of your eLearning development. We use Storyline 360 for or large courses, Rise for quick builds and Review to allow our clients to review all of our courses. There is not a better tool on the market for this.

Articulate 360 is the bee's knees!
We have an LMS and use Articulate to create our own content. Mine is a company that has its own products (Electronic Health Records and Medical Practice Management Applications) and we do a lot of "how to" videos. Articulate makes it easy to create good looking, professional content for all of our products. I have done and re-done at least one of our libraries of content and do not know how it could have been done in the time I did it without Articulate.
- Easy, even for a novice to produce a video quickly.
- If you know PowerPoint, then you can use Articulate. You can use it even if you don't know PowerPoint.
- They have amazing training sessions via regular webinars. I've learned so many things from these amazing pros!
- Well, we have had a few issues with screen recordings.
- The biggest issues we have had have been addressed fairly quickly. But, because we use the application in a way that most of their users do not, we feel a little like orphans. We are not treated that way, but can't help but feel that way sometimes.
- They are very much open to suggestions for enhancements. Of course, these things take time and have to be feasible and wanted by a majority. Because of what we do, we understand that very well.
Articulate is being used within our customer success team to create training modules and quizzes for our customers after their deployment. This helps their staff review and learn our product.
This helps us to provide added value during the on-boarding process and also to track who is completing training very easily within our partner companies. They can host in their LMS or we also self-host if needed.

- As the leader in the eLearning market, there is plenty of community support and training readily available.

- The only negative I can think of is that it was behind in moving to the Cloud, so we didn't use it a few years ago because Cloud based apps are a must for us. Since we've started using it again we've had to develop many courses in 360 again. However since transition period it has been smooth sailing.
Articulate 360 studio plays a critical role in our organization. We utilize the tool in many ways.
