It works well for staffing businesses; it has integrated job portals, which is the best thing. Clients and Internal Employees can both be managed very easily with Ceipal. The interface is excellent; it is easy to use compared to other ATSs. Job boards are also good, but Resume filtering can become more effective.
  • Integrated Job Boards are best thing about Ceipal.
  • Client managements, Job creation is very easy, in simple words it's very easy to use.
  • Sometimes, already migrated Profiles again cost us a credit while working on Job boards.
  • Expired or Profiles that are very old and haven't been updated for years must be removed from Job boards.

The interface is very good; it is very easy to use for beginners, and new employees find it easy to use as compared to Job Diva.

We are using an ATS to hire candidates. Mass email is the best thing on this application. Some of the critical roles candidates are not addressing on this ATS. If they add them accordingly, it will be very useful for us. We used to search for the perfect candidates and give them an opportunity.

  • An option like visa status, and years of experience filtering reduces the time to get the profile soon.

  • On integrated search, we weren't able to filter the work Status and experience in Monster.
Easy-to-use and user-friendly interface. Sometimes, we will find 2-3 different reports that slightly differ from each other for the same data.

As I am a US IT Recruiter, most of the sourcing of candidates depends on Ceipal ATS. Here, we used to get the best Talent. It allows us to post various jobs and source candidates per our requirements. It also offers different job portals such as dice, monster, and CB, which increases the chances of getting the best talent. Apart from that, it is easy to use and submit profiles. Overall, I can say Ceipal ATS is a boon for the recruiter.

  • It makes Recruitment easier.
  • It delivers high quality talents.
  • Now apart from sourcing it also enables us to send SMS facility to candidates.
  • It needs improvement in terms of sending text messages. Sometimes, candidates are not available on call, but they can frequently reply to Texts.
  • It should add more job portals to it that will also be beneficial.
As already mentioned, for recruiters, Ceipal ATS is a boon. We can easily get good candidates in less time, so it not only gives the best talent but also saves our time while sourcing. I have been using Ceipal ATS for two years, and it has been a wonderful experience.

Ceipal I think is one the best ATS for Recruitment and Staffing database. Job Postings, Sourcing, Portal Search, Bulk email, selective mass email, data report etc. It's not too complex to use. It's easy to use.

  • It should also Integrate Recruiters Cell number to text through Ceipal if possible.
If you are working in a Database, then multiple options are well suited to you, like Internal DB and Database searching through Integrated search for live database working and selective mass email, which makes it more suitable to work and save time.

I use Ceipal ATS as a CRM tool. It's a one-stop shop to view all my clients, open requirements, interviews, and candidate data. I also have access into other client's data if I ever need to reference it. I add notes and other important program documents to my client pages so the entire team has access for reference. Interviews are scheduled in Ceipal ATS, and an interview invite email is then shared with the team. It helps our recruiters stay on track, and understand those candidates who have already been contacted. I also utilize Ceipal ATS to understand if we're currently working with a particular client. If we are, I have access to all current, and former workers. I then have more insight into the client, and can tailor my approach when I reach out to them.
  • Once we are able to utilize all the functionality in Ceipal ATS, we will be able to have a quick snapshot of each of our programs to see daily and future interviews, and other tasks.
  • The dashboard is easy to read. Again, once we can utilize all the functionality in Ceipal ATS, it will be super helpful to see a quick snapshot overview of my programs.
  • Most of the functionality is missing. Ceipal ATS will be great to use once we're able to utilizing all the different options to manage our programs.
  • I think it should be made easier to grant access to a client. There seems to always be issues there.
It's well suited in the client page where you can see all your open requests, how many candidates are submitted, how many have been selected to interview, etc. I wish it was easier to pull reports out of Ceipal ATS. Ceipal ATS holds more information than some of our VMS tools, so it would be really helpful to easily pull reports out of Ceipal ATS. It seems like a confusing process.

We have used Ceipal ATS to source right resumes which is used by Boolean search in the portal of internal database, integrated search, monster, dice, and CB. Main usage is all sourcing portals (Monster, Dice, and Career Builder) included in Ceipal ATS that’s the scope easily to get the resumes.
  • The 1st things is Monster, Dice and CB all individual sourcing portals including in Ceipal ATS.
  • The 2nd thing is Integrated search and internal DB is very useful to source migrated resume.
  • The 3rd one is Ceipal ATS is easily accessible and connect candidates with LinkedIn.
  • Please add a option of willing to relocate on carrier builder.
  • Sometimes we couldn’t find the exact resume by using location or zip code on Dice.
Ceipal ATS is very perfect and comfortable to source the resumes. Ceipal ATS is Very secure and trustworthy portal and it will be easily we can access. We can find the exact resume what we need and Ceipal ATS is very budget friendly to comparatively others portals so that’s why Ceipal ATS is very suited.

I use Ceipal ATS daily for Recruitment Purpose in my company. We source and Hire candidates for US we are staffing recruitment firm, and I use Ceipal ATS to store candidates information send them email messages for multiple job openings and add their information once they are hired.

  • Smoothness, very user friendly UI
  • Sometimes it is a bit laggy
  • AI feature doe not works accurately sometimes
  • The message feature does not have notification.
We are into staffing and Ceipal ATS has helped us a lot in terms of its easy integration with job boards, and user-friendly ecosystem with ease navigation User Interface, adding profiles to Ceipal ATS is very easy, sending bulk emails, tracking activity on a candidate's profile is very smooth.

We use Ceipal ATS to post all the available daily requirements and the use of integrated search we will start sourcing profile through integrated portal in a single search. After sourcing the profile we will submit resumes to the account manager through Ceipal ATS to track the submission status. Because of Ceipal ATS we are saving our time. Bulk Email and integrated search, submission tracker, interview status, pipeline and we can pull out all the reports easily to show case the team performance.

  • We can tag the candidate profile for the working position to avoid duplicate sourcing
  • We are having more option to fill the candidate information like, SSN, DOB, Visa Status and Expiry date, Skype id, candidate website and many

In Staffing business Turn Around Time is really important. Ceipal ATS is really helpful to reach bunch of candidates with one click using bulk email. We can reach more number of candidate within short span of time

We get requirements from the clients based on the requirements we put a boolean string and get as many profiles as we can from Ceipal ATS where i can i find n number of profiles from that we i select the best candidate by talking to the candidates, mostly i use monster where the searching of candidates are too easy, you just need to put the required skills in the power search and then there you get as many profiles we get the right one's and send them to the client for the review and they will schedule the interview, Monster is the best sourcing from my view and next dice and CB, in dice you cannot find the updated resume there you find more old profiles, in CB you can find resumes but some resumes are not matching
  • Sourcing has been made easy in the Ceipal
  • Submitting the profiles in the portal is easy
  • Making notes for each candidates are very useful when multiple people working for the same role
  • Marking the placements of the candidates in the portal are useful
  • Dice, in dice i wish the profiles are updated, i find more empty profiles where you can find just the mail and number which is wrong sometimes
  • In career builder it shows that the person is experienced more when viewing the profile it shows that the profile is very less experienced
  • In monster i find more confidential profiles which i feel it should be reduced
Ceipal is a best friendly ATS, where everyone can use with it's simple in ease, you don't have to be a graduate to use Ceipal ATS even if you have studied high school you can easily work on it and find the best suitable profiles to the client and make more placements. I would recommend all the people who are in the recruiting field to use this Ceipal ATS and make use of them in their organization for the purpose of Recruiting IT and NON IT roles

I am using Ceipal ATS in my organization for Job Posting and Candidate Sourcing to search for candidates from internal database or external sources. Ceipal ATS make life easier for recruiting the candidates for different job roles. I am a recruiter and using Ceipal daily for sourcing the candidates for my Job requirements. Business problem is we could not get multiple profile
as Recruiter we use to migrate resume and reach the candidate

Tracking the resume where the status. we can even mention the mode of interview, the document which is submitted could not be deleted if it a wrong or by mistake.

We use Ceipal in all our day to day activities in work like our day starts with posting the requirements, sourcing the candidates, parsing, getting documents through Ceipal secured link and making the client submissions. Sometimes people/Consultant were not comfortable in sharing some personal documents where Ceipal plays a major role here, I can easily get the consultant documents using your secured link. Interacting with Ceipal is easier than any other ATS, I can easily move the candidates to the client, scheduling the interview and getting the notifications, marking profiles as pipeline makes it easier.

We are using Ceipal ATS for Sourcing, Screening, Scheduling interviews and Closing the candidates for an end-to-end recruitment process. In most cases, we face a mighty issue some profiles will appear in Career Builder and Monster without the skills we mentioned in the Boolean String. In Dice, we can avoid the profile without the phone number by using the filter. But in the carrier Builder & Monster, We can't avoid those profiles. so, we losing our time and profile views also.
  • Myself particularly likes the mail merge option it helps me to get profiles faster.
  • Tracking the applicant status is great in Ceipal ATS
  • Ceipal ATS helps to get a profiles easier in Dice for W2 & Fulltime position by using filter.
  • In Career Builder, we can't Filter the USC & GC candidates.
  • When we add notes in CB most of the time it won't replicate in other portals
  • Adding more advanced report and analytics of the candidate will help to get profiles faster
Well suited if recruitment companies need any large-scale requirements that help recruiters to work across each position, During the client submission and the internal submission, we can use Ceipal ATS for those times. In some cases I face lots of issues during the time if I need any profiles that they are willing to travel, it makes it more complicated to get a profile.

Use of Ceipal ATS in our organization-
Ceipal ATS helps us in maintaining candidates database, this helps us to find the resumes quickly even if we only have the email ID or phone number and we use Ceipal ATS to generate weekly and Monthly reports. We use Ceipal for the end to end recruitment process from creating job postings, managing candidate applications, scheduling interviews, to the final selection of candidates.

Business Problems- Sometimes when we use particular skill in Boolean string it shows lot of profiles but when we open it that skill won’t be there. I think that’s the only problem with Ceipal ATS.

Scope of Use Case- If we rectify that only problem I think Ceipal ATS will be the Future in Recruitment field

We use Ceipal as our ATS, which helps us generate submissions, mark interviews, and track placements. Sometimes, we use it to send emails to candidates to collect documents. We have migrated all job boards into Ceipal, which helps address issues more easily and reduces our workload. This allows us to quickly upload profiles and reuse migrated profiles as needed.
  • We migrate resumes from all job boards with a single click.
  • We send bulk emails to up to 999 recipients, which is very helpful for us as it allows us to send a single email to everyone.
  • We can upload the data that we already have.

  • I don't think there is an improvement needed because, compared to other ATS, Ceipal is the best one. I have been using it for more than 6 years.
  • If you still want improvement, please don't migrate the resume without including email and phone details, as it causes issues when trying to open it in Ceipal.
From job boards like Dice, Monster, and CareerBuilder, we can easily migrate resumes with a single click. This has been a great experience. We can mark interviews and submit profiles to clients directly from the CEIPAL ATS. If we need any other tools to process the profiles for clients, we can use them directly from the ATS

In our organization we use Ceipal ATS to track the candidates and use different job boards like Monster, Career Builder, Dice, and many more so it makes easy for us to source candidates for one place itself and it also helps us in generating a mothly and yearly report as well which is beneficial for every company to check their Employee performance.
  • Ceipal ATS provides an access to multiple job boards at one place.
  • Ceipal ATS helps us in tracking the Applicant profile.
  • In Ceipal ATS we can also manage our client list and can make reports individually as well according to the Client.
  • Ceipal ATS gets logged out automatically after 15-20 minutes when it is not in use.
  • In the Job board section, internal database search engine is very slow and not always gives you the relevant results.
  • A mobile application of Ceipal ATS is not working properly as when I logged in for the first time it shows wrong password again and again and after attempting several times it allows me to login.
Ceipal ATS is good when it comes to candidate searching from different job boards and it is also helpful in tracking the applicant status as well, but when it comes to internal database I don't like their searches because they are incomplete and irrelevant. But overall my experience with Ceipal ATS is good.

Ceipal ATS does not catch the boolean string in a proper manner. Many times it has been observed that a certain keyword is mentioned in the resume but still is not highlighted despite using the same in the search string. Sometimes it also becomes case sensitive and some sometimes not.

As I am the administrator account of our organization, I usually use it to generate reports like usage report, To clear any issue cause in Ceipal ATS. It is easy to access the job portal using a single click. Every time it is easy to contact customer support to clear issues occurs in Ceipal ATS. The most likely way to use the Ceipal ATS is to migrate the new profile as we need to store in internal Database.
  • Accurate Usage of all the user views
  • Easy to switch from one job portal to another using integrated search
  • From administrator point is easy to allocate the view as per the requirement for each and every month
  • If any one user account is deleted, we can't retrieve his submission data, as we can see only his submission count only
  • Some times AI will automatically recommend some profiles, but it doesn't suit for the requirement
  • Sometimes if you looking for particular role in Job portal, Ceipal ATS has shown less profiles. I assume that when we are logging to same job portal using their website, it shows more number of profiles
Previously we have used Job Diva as our ATS, it doesn't have features like integrated search, which we have that options in Ceipal ATS. Job diva doesn't have the integrated Job portal, we can login will multiple users at the same time, But individual Job portal like Monster, Dice, Career Builder we cant login more the user at same time. So Ceipal ATS is best when compared to Other ATS.

In Ceipal ATS there are a lot of specifications like bulk mails and email merges it makes the RPO jobs so easy to find out exact matches profiles of the consultants it saves lots of time using different ATS portals in Ceipal ATS. It's so useful and helpful.

Using Ceipal ATS is so easy and useful nowadays most Staffing Companies use Ceipal ATS to search fit candidates profiles according to the client exceptions and Its User interface was so good and easy even a fresher can easily learn it. According to My experience, the comments and notes are useful in Ceipal ATS over the candidates resumes. It solves the misunderstandings between my colleagues while reaching the same candidate resume.

Internal Database of Ceipal ATS is the worst which I have come across.
Irrelavant Results Refining Issue
Difficult to apply filters.
ANother which accoring to me is worst is that Ceipal ATS offers "multiple ways" to do the "same task" like "uploading a candidate to a particlur job posting which makes it difficult while training a team.

I use CEIPAL ATS to source candidates. We have integrated it with our internal database and external job boards. it also helps me to keep a track of my data, performance. It is very user friendly, took me about a day only to get used to it. Its features like integrating it with different softwares is also very helpful
