Reviews
(1-25 of 109)Very good!
- Very basic UI.
- Suitable for all ages.
- One of the most reliable products.
- Unfortunately, there are very few customization possibilities.
- Generally good for smaller organizations. Can't recommend for large organizations
- You cannot add your own domain and branding.
Google Forms Review
- Create test and quizzes
- All for creation and signing of documents
- Automatic saving
- I think that there should be a way to add a name block in Google forms and have it not counted as a question
- I think it would be great if we could see the question numbers when creating exams and test
- Allow for easier sharing results of quizzes and test directly with colleagues
Google Forms Review
- Easy integration of your google account with the forms, it is very easy to create a form for your specific goal and launch it as well
- Possibility to compile a list of questions while expecting a large number of answers organized in real time
- Integrating with video & photos is not easy
- Adding text to images would greatly improve this software
Great tool!
- Culture Surveys
- Promotion Request Forms
- Event Questionnaires
- Better design functionality
- Better result viewing functions
Easy, Clean Cut and Simple Form Building at its finest
- Google Forms captures data that is essential to succeed.
- Its clean cut
- Easy and simple to learn and create forms
- Google forms can improve on getting more responses
- Creating a more dynamic form
- Using add on's with the forms
Google Forms Enables Quick and Easy Data Collection
- Easy editing UI.
- Simple, customizable logic.
- Flexible sharing and sending options.
- Easy to access data for collection and export.
- Not as customizable in terms of design/styling.
- Basic logic options are great for simple applications but not for more complex needs.
- Security - Data is transmitted and stored securely
- Analysis - It's easy to import data into Sheets or other tools for analysis
- User interface - Forms do tend to look fairly generic with fewer easy theming options compared to other services
Great tool for basic needs
- Customization
- Abilility to distribute
- Privacy
- More font options--Comic Sans tends to be easier for folks with disabilities to read and it's not an option
- Abilility to see responses in graph form within Google
- More insight into length of time it took someone to fill out the form
Collaboration, efficiency and analysis
- Capture of information from clients and/or consultants for real-time analysis.
- Knowledge evaluation for our work team, the predefined templates allow the creation of tests and knowledge tests that are very didactic and easy to grade.
- The acquired data is cleanly integrated with google spreadsheets allowing for fast and accurate analysis.
- The form completion notifications are customizable and do their job well.
- Perhaps the main disadvantage is the customization, definitely the templates available are very limited and the fonts are reduced.
- It does not natively accept electronic signatures, so it is necessary to resort to external plug-ins.
- We would like to be able to implement pre-determined answers in order to evaluate concise points to our work team.
- Creation of customized templates in order to share them with the rest of the organization, with your own logos and signatures.
- Google Forms helps to record and save the responses a user gives.
- The options for radio buttons, multiple selection, fill in, etc. helps in forming different types of questions and covers a wide scope.
- Recently, as a fun event at work, we had to send out Google forms to the employees. It had some great images to add for extra information related to the event.
- I would like it to be more customizable (e.g., change in font, templates, editing options, addition of images, etc.
- I would like if we could share just a PDF file instead of the link to record responses.
- A security to check if a person is not filing the form multiple times for benefits.
One of the best time and money savers available!
- Live results: When a user completes the form the results are added instantly.
- Easy to create: Google Forms has a simple interface that allows for a wide range of question types. Google will even try to guess the question type based on the question (but this can be overridden).
- Answers export to Google Sheets: It is easy to have each response to your form add a row to a Google Sheet, allowing for further analysis or processing.
- Ability to automatically collect email addresses within a domain: If you have a form that has been shared with users in your domain, you can set it to automatically collect the users' email addresses without them needing to type it in. Makes checking whether all students have completed the form easy.
- Audio responses: As of now, there is no way to receive an audio response within Google Forms.
- File upload only available for logged-in users. It is impossible to set up a Form that allows for file upload if the completing users do not have their own Google account.
- Difficult to print results: It is very difficult to print the results of a survey and have the results make appropriate page breaks to look correct on paper.
- Only receive results on completion: The results are only sent through once the user completes the whole form. This means that if a user completes the form but forgets to press submit then all their data is lost.
- The graphs and charts that Google Forms outputs based on survey responses is really useful for creating presentations and for parsing the data. I love this automatic feature since I am not one who works with data per se.
- Google Forms makes it easy to create really responsive surveys using adaptive technologies (like branching -- based on one answer, respondents may be pushed to different next questions or scenarios.
- Google Forms is incredibly easy to edit. Drag and drop feature allows for easy organization.
- I also like that all responses are timestamped and can be made anonymous.
- Sometimes finding the output -- a Google Sheet with all responses-- is a little difficult. It's also sometimes confusing to figure out how to get back into the Google Form Survey itself.
- As always, sharing among an institutional Google account and your personal Google account can be frustrating. You have to make a copy and can't share across the two different accounts very easily.
- Can do the survey quickly
- Does not require a lot of paper to do the survey
- Does not require us to go around looking for users
- Cannot be used on online discussion forums
- Cannot use the equation directly
- google form has limited design
Google Forms- The "Lite" Survey Tool
- Easy to create and use
- Simple distribution options including embedding
- Summary tools to see responses
- Ability to collect email address automatically within domain
- Ability to filter summary results by other question answers
- Easy way to print/export all summary charts
- Additional formatting within questions and/or answers
Google Forms, try it, you'll like it!
- Easy to set up
- Easy to use by the recipient
- Clear stats
- I can't think of any
Google Forms, Easy for All from A to Z
- Easy to create forms and easy to fill out forms
- Viewing response data is clear and simple
- Integration with Google Drive
- Edit view limits the questions as seen by viewers. The view function is nice to toggle between to see what the question will look like, but the edit view of some questions (like checkboxes) is confusing for the editor.
- It would be wonderful to be able to assign responses to go to specific users. The user needs to go into the responses section and select the option to receive notifications, versus the owner of the form being able to do that.
- Having a dependency feature for questions (in addition to sections) would be very helpful, so that if a question is answered a certain way, another question appears.
Forms Are Teacher's Best Friend!

- Grades it for you!!!
- Automatically syncs to gradebook in Google Classroom
- larger variety of templates

- ability to change fonts, colors of text, etc.

Google Forms to anyone!
- Simple to use
- Integrated with Google
- Secure
- Stable
- Speed to Market
- More templates
- Native integration with other platforms
- Possibly remove some 'small letters' in the bottom
A free and easy way to create forms
- Surveys--a free way to create pretty complicated surveys
- Feedback--a free way to get submissions, and it puts them in a spreadsheet
- The surveys can be limiting, especially when you want to use conditional branching
- Flexibility and ease of use.
- The variety of options for the creation of forms and surveys allows for the efficient collection of information in any type of scenario.
- It complements very well with excel.
- It is multichannel.
- Offers free version.
- QR option for downloading forms and surveys.
- More styling options should be included.
- More customization features for form design, this is where it falls short.
Simple, easy form builder accompanying GSuite!
- Easy to use both as the person creating the form and completing the form
- Easy to collaborate on the form with other GSuite users
- Easy to share the results
- Google Forms doesn't allow you to do much with formatting easily (i.e., bold certain parts of your question, put in nice looking links.)
- Google Forms doesn't have as many advanced analytic features as a SurveyMonkey for instance; however it is nice for just needing the basics.
It just works
- Integrate into Google Sheets
- Allow us to easily analyze data.
- Provides a user friendly platform.
- Customized colors.
- Overall customized look.
- Better integration of branding.
You get what you pay for
- It's free
- Types of questions
- Speed of creating a form
- Not enough options to customize design or fonts.
- Too obvious that it's a Google Form, so it doesn't appear seamlessly with another branding.
- Doesn't appear polished enough to be part of a paid project.
