I've been using PandaDoc for about seven years for my marketing firm. It has two use cases in my business: responding to proposal requests and creating and sending employee work contracts for my new hires and interns. My business problem was that I needed a solution to duplicate proposals for prospective clients easily, and using Microsoft Word or Google Docs didn't give me the flexibility to create these documents quickly.
  • Easy to view analytics on when clients have opened and read your document.
  • Easy to create duplicates of existing documents.
  • Customizing documents for each client is accessible by adding images, videos, and other relevant content.
  • Adding AI to speed up proposal writing.
  • Integrating with Zapier at the lowest price tier.
PandaDoc is well suited for small- to mid-sized firms that want to easily create, edit, and publish legal documents. If you have clients or multiple stakeholders who need to view documents, PandaDoc makes it easy for the right person to view the document without compromising privacy. It also has the option to export PDFs easily. PandDoc is an excellent choice for its ease of use if you're a consulting firm.

We've partnered with PandaDoc for years. Its use case is mainly for creating agreements and NDAs and holding vital documents for all contractual matters. It's made contract creation seamless and is a critical tool for templating future document creation and acting as a depository for the business.
  • Document templating.
  • Contract depository.
  • Simple contract signing mechanism between clients.
  • Customisation feels a bit clunky.
  • Convert PDFs better.
  • New feature insights and tips would be welcomed.
If you're looking for an online tool that will help make contract signing, renewals, and creation simple, it's great. It's less so if you're looking for a way to integrate with other signatory forms, as I'm yet to see a way to send through to DocuSign, for example, which a lot of our clients use instead.

PandaDoc helps us automate the entire document part of our process. Through our integration with ClickUp, we can automatically pre-populate our documents and send them out with one click. Once the document is signed, again using the integration, we can update the client's status and attach the document directly to their ClickUp profile!
  • Seamless Integrations
  • Reliable
  • Automated
  • We can't wait to see more form functionality through the integrations.
PandaDoc is well-suited for any company looking to automate its document process. Whether you need a signature or not, if you want your documents to be populated and sent automatically, then this is the reliable, simple, and affordable way to go. It integrates with Zapier, Make, and so much more.

I own a bookkeeping business and use PandaDoc to send my business activity statement lodgement paperwork, which needs to be signed and initialed. Also, my contracts look professional and are easy for my clients to sign. I have been using PandaDoc for many years now and highly recommend it. I will look at what else I can use the program for.
  • Easy to upload documents.
  • Easy for my clients to sign documents.
  • Emails me to let me know that client has signed.
  • N/A
I find it looks professional, is set out well, and is easy to use. I'm sure there is more that I could use it for, and I will explore further. My clients have had no problem accessing and signing documents from me, and it is easy to download and send to clients.

We use PandaDoc for bi-annual contract renewals and new contracts with new customers. We use PandaDoc with HubSpot integration to survey new customers and ease the loading of information into the contracts. We also use PandaDoc to survey customers on an as-needed basis. The easy format of creating your forms, templates, uploading images, etc, makes this document ideal for our use.
  • Ability to email direct from PandaDoc or generate links.
  • Ability to download pdfs easily.
  • Ability to send auto reminders.
  • Ability to have multiple signers and forwarding if needed.
  • Ease to adjust expiration dates or change something from "viewed" to "complete".
  • Adding text to forms before/after images or Yes/No features can be difficult.
  • Using the check mark boxes next to the text makes it difficult to line up. Can one be entered on the same line as the text as an option so that it is not difficult in the future?
  • Combining templates creates shifts in some formatting, making the document no longer aligned where needed.
PandaDoc is well suited for when you may need to make on-the-fly adjustments to a document prior to sending. Templates are great, but sometimes they have to be changed per issuance. This is easy to adjust when needed. When hundreds of documents have to be customized, PandaDoc can be cumbersome. In many cases, I prefer a fillable PDF form, as PandaDoc does not always suit these cases.

We use PandaDoc to send a Service Agreement to new clients and collect payment. In addition, we use it to send payment authorization forms and service reactivation agreements. PandaDoc helps us to stay compliant in our industry and make it easy for our customers to work with us.
  • Ease of Use
  • Ability to collect payment
  • Templates
  • Improving user interface
  • Ability to add additional users at no extra charge
PandaDoc is well suited for any business that requires clients or customers to fill out forms, in addition to collecting payment, whether it’s a one-time charge or recurring. PandaDoc would not be beneficial to a business that does not require clients or customers to sign any disclosures or consent forms.

We use PandaDoc as a means to send purchasing documents to our customers. PandaDoc allows us to easily track our documents so that we don't let anything fall through the cracks. It also allows us to create templates that we can reuse over and over again. Their Smart Content feature allows us, in many cases, to combine multiple templates into just one. This makes our end users more likely to use the correct document in the correct situation.
  • Document Tracking is super easy!
  • Great additional features such as Signature Forwarding and Suggested Edits.
  • Workable automation features and logic based smart content.
  • Templates reporting doesn't really exist, you can't see how often a template is being used or not used or by who.
  • The Quote Builder features cannot be fully automated via the API yet, specifically you cannot set photos of your products except by doing it manually through the UI.
  • PandaDoc does not integrate well with Insightly CRM, a lot of standard features that PandaDoc claims can be used via a connection with the CRM do not work. Specifically, it will not pull in product data from your CRM Opportunity into the pricing table in the PandaDoc document.
  • Paragraph numbering does not continue from one text box to the next. This means that if you need a page break and have to split your numbered list into another text box it will start over at one again. So you are stuck choosing between not having page breaks which makes printing your documents ugly or manually numbering your paragraphs which is inefficient and time consuming.
PandaDoc is well suited if you are using a more popular CRM for it to integrate with. It has a lot of promising features that with time will be very powerful such as the Quote Builder and CRM automations. It also has a lot of out-of-the-box functionality such as Smart Content, a Content Library, and advanced approval capabilities.

We use PandaDoc for all our large scale proposals for projects. It allows us to have a centralized contract system but also lets us know when a prospect has viewed. The proposal builder is actually the best part with re-usable templates and sections. We are able to have multiple logins for our team members which creates a good workflow.
  • Creates beautiful presentable documents
  • Ease of signing for customers
  • Renewal reminders for contracts
  • Better integrations
  • CPQ - Quoting product feeds
  • Sometimes can be slow to load
PandaDoc is well suited for professionals that require compliance but also ease of use for forwarding on to multiple people to sign. It works great for our industry which is a managed service provider so we can easily send through agreements that are required. It would be less suitable for smaller companies that only have a few quotes / jobs.

We use PandaDoc to streamline all of the proposals and work orders that we send to our business prospects. PandaDoc templates ingest structured data from Zoho CRM and handles access and electronic signatures.
  • Speeds the proposal making process
  • Standardize the look and feel of our proposals
  • Make electronic signature easy
  • Modifying active proposals sometimes leads to confusion between versions
  • The WYSIWYG for templates can be tricky to use when CSS are involved
  • Better multilanguage support for system features would be great (like email signature, email templates, etc)
PandaDoc is a perfect fit for automating and speeding standard proposals. For custom proposals or sales scenarios that are uncommon, it is usually quicker to draft in Word and share PDF.

While we initially only used PandaDoc for proposals, we have discovered it's automation, whitelabeling capabilities and workspaces better enable the business.
  • client success
  • billing support
  • technical engagement
  • up-to-date documentation
  • license add ons
  • intuitive interface
PandaDoc allows us to import documents as well as creating them from scratch. And while it can be tricky to get them looking exactly the way you want, their customer success overlay is responsive friendly and helpful.

I can see where this platform would be even more helpful to smaller orgs without a CRM as they do offer contact, client "rooms", etc..

Being able to create separate areas and restrict access allows us to operate on the principle of least privilege. This is further support by the roles and licenses available.

I use PandaDoc to send out yearly reviews for my consultant agreements. It allows the forms to be auto filled in like customer names and addresses.
  • Sends emails when a form is ready to be signed
  • Notifies owner that the form has been reviewed
  • Notifies owner via a status dashboard on what documents are waiting to be signed
  • I wish we didn't have to pay extra for items such as form reminder emails and catalog price features

We use PandaDoc to make our sales process secure, efficient, and professional. Using the integration with Hubspot, our sales reps are able to create and pre-fill agreements quickly and send them to customers with the click of a button. We use the two-way sync with HubSpot to ensure our data is flowing seamlessly. We have recently started to use PandaDoc Rooms to create an even more professional buying experience for our customers and it has been incredible!

  • Easy of Use

  • UI
  • I haven't had any major issues. Any questions have been answered promptly by the support team!
Perfectly suited for SaaS companies looking to make their service agreements more professional and easy to use. The automation it brings to the sign up process is SO helpful - specifically the integration with HubSpot/Salesforce. It was great for our company when it was small and has continued to grow with us. We know it will continue to scale with our fast-growing team.

  • Ease of contract digital signatures
  • Provides good information for the progress tracking of document
  • Easy to onboard new users within our orginazation
  • Be able to reduce fonts for signature line due to space constraint in documents being signed
We use for contracts within our organization and our customers and it works very well for us. We have not had the need to use all the features of this product but the ones we use work great for us

We use the platform to facilitate sales proposals for our clients. We also use this for important internal human resources documents.
  • E-signature
  • Document analytics
  • Platform pricing
I feel like PandaDoc is a very competent platform that works very well for our team. My only issue with PandaDoc is it's a little bit pricey. However, the entire e-signature space tends to be an expensive service for what is offered, so I don't necessarily feel like they are more expensive than the competition.

We use PandaDoc to draft and submit Business Proposals as well as send clients our terms and conditions prior to them signing up with us as customers. The reminder system and templatization greatly speeds up the drafting and sending of these documents, and the collection of the digital signatures ensures we are compliant legally. This helps us send proposals much faster and easily keep track of the progress and viewing of the documents by our potential clients.
  • Templatization of different documents
  • Reminder system to remind clients to view and sign documents
  • Easily save different pages as templates to add or remove them from future documents
  • Easily collect signatures from clients and view the progress of all documents in one dashboard.
  • The design of the documents is a bit limiting when compared to something like word or Google Docs.
  • It's not immediately clear on how to add custom images
  • The learning curve to design documents is steep at first but becomes easy after a couple designs.
PandaDoc is well suited for companies that send proposals and terms and conditions to customers for collection of digital signatures. It really helps that you can templatize your documents and have collaborators help you finish the document for you. The dashboard is also a game changer as it gives you one place to view all your active documents and the status of them. You can even use this to collect payments as it integrates with software like QBO.

It makes sending enrollment agreement super easy, especially since it works with HubSpot. Most of the time I don’t have to enter in numbers myself, so it makes for a much quicker turn around. I also love being able to change the expiration date since everyone has different enrollment deadlines! This way, they’ll know when things need to be completed.
  • Filling in information for HubSpot
  • Ease of use for those who are technologically challenged
  • Ability to create several templates for all different instances
  • Once a document expires, I wish it was a little easier to renew it.
  • Recently, delivery has been failing, even though email address is correct, so I have to go in and generate a link to send them. Hopefully this is fixed soon!
The functionality is endless and could be used for mirage of things. Since you can create your own templates, it opens a world of possibility. You could use it to create waivers, enrollment contracts, freelance contracts, leases, etc

As a Career Advisor I have a number of documents that are forms.
Mock Interview Feedback form for IT and Medical Assisting students
Graduate status form for all students to fill out before graduating
Externship signing pages for employer/Program Director/student to sign
EXIT sheet signatures for six departments
Employer verification form
Graduate employment verification form
Waiver for employment form All of these forms save time and remain uniform making job streamlined.

  • Answer questions quickly
  • Advertise new uses for the site
  • Explain the use of the software in an easy to understand manner.
  • Sometimes one has to delete the document and start over, I found this works best when I cannot get form to let me go back to a response which I need to delete.
PandaDoc is great for use of one form to one person, easy to implement your prompts.

PandaDoc is great for multi-use forms sent randomly or in a group.

We use PandaDoc for all of our client contracts including the contract and payment integration with Stripe. It allows us to seamlessly interact with clients and eliminates all paper. It’s fantastic esign software for signing documents.its very fast reliable and it’s with certificate because sometime without certificate some authentication is not allowed so it’s very good.
  • Signing documents
  • Confirmation of wanted documents
  • Confirmation of completed documents
  • User friendly
  • Cost effective or no costs involved
  • Some of the features are not there which should be include e.g circle as appropriate in monthly, biweekly or weekly
  • If we use check boxes more than one than it will not finish the document if only one check box clicked.so optional check boxes are not working.
Very nice in user friendly and fastest possible plus confirmation of each document has been viewed and completed.

other ways more than one check box should be available and if only one check box clicked (as required) than it should allow finish the document.

I use Pandadoc to prepare NDAs, Professional Services Agreements, Master Services Agreements and Statements of Work (SOW). I have used it as well to invoice with and receive payments from clients. It helps me with templates, and as well, it is integrated with Hubspot, my marketing and sales platform, which means I can generate most documents directly from a contact record and it will fill in all the fields I have predefined using tokens.
  • Integrates with Hubspot
  • Stores reusable items in a content library
  • Accepts payments (greatly reducing payment friction)
  • Provides many useful templates.
  • The table builder could be a little more robust.
  • It can be difficult to figure out which token to use so it can grab the info from Hubspot
  • It could offer better integration with meeting tools so you can go over proposals with clients.
It is ideal for going from phone call (or even while on a phone call) to sending an NDA or SOW out to a client. I have done this often, and have found the faster I get them out, the higher the likelihood of getting a signature. While it is more than capable for many proposals, for very complex proposals, numbering in the 100s of pages (not uncommon for complex ERP proposals), it is not the right tool. If you incorporate Powerpoint Slides in your proposals, it is not great for that either.

  • variables can be a little wonky to use
