PandaDoc is excellent for compiling customer proposals and external and internal documents or policies that need to be signed. We use it for acceptable use policies, waiver forms, equipment forms, and any document requiring a signature.

It is very well suited for proposal/quotation/contract writing, including adding lots of marketing-type content and sales copy. It also works well for employment contracts. However, it struggles with having more than one user looking at the same document, which hinders collaboration. If you want something very flashy, it may not be the best fit, as the layouts are more simple.

PandaDoc is a very suitable tool for basic contract needs and creating templates. However, I do find it may not be appropriate for a more extensive organization, as our clients sometimes have difficulty finding the contract.

We use these for consent forms, dozens daily, and I find it's actually quite hard to group the various documents based on status so we had to do some back end programming to be able to sort the documents for our purposes. I could pay more for this service from them but decided to do it ourselves.

In our field, all clients sign numerous agreements and contracts, and having several templates makes it quick to get the documents to them. Being able to see where clients are spending the most time on the application helps us to improve our documents and support.

Based on our use of PandaDoc, we overall like the usability of the software compared to other companies offering similar products. They also seem to have a better lineup of options in their standard packages compared to others. Their customer service is pretty good, and you have dedicated account managers who will check in with you from time to time throughout the year.

The same proposal for a new client is a great use case. Adding new features is a pain. It would be nice if you could specify changes to the template when you're making a new proposal. Switching roles and signers on an already-created proposal is complex.

As a marketing agency, we previously used PandaDoc to create custom client proposals, utilize the catalog and pricing tables, and send client contracts. Originally, PandaDoc did not have the quote builder feature to allow for separate one-time vs. monthly charges; once that feature was added, it came with an additional cost. Needing something more visually robust and easier to edit and manipulate, we eventually moved the custom proposal out of PandaDoc to a different platform and currently only use PandaDoc for gathering signed contracts.

PandaDoc is well-suited for fillable forms on our website. We sell many different pieces of equipment, and separating the quotes by category helps our organization. So, we use a couple of different forms to outline the equipment you need for that scale. We see the completed form, and we can easily file away the Request for Quote and pass it on to those doing the quoting.

PandaDoc is the best if you are utilizing the same agreements repetitively in your contract management lifecycle. It is incredibly easy to use variables to edit information and the checks and balances that are used to ensure all required fields are filled in before sending makes it easy to ensure completion of every document. It takes a lot of pressure off of our risk department.

PandaDoc is well suited for small- to mid-sized firms that want to easily create, edit, and publish legal documents. If you have clients or multiple stakeholders who need to view documents, PandaDoc makes it easy for the right person to view the document without compromising privacy. It also has the option to export PDFs easily. PandDoc is an excellent choice for its ease of use if you're a consulting firm.

If you're looking for an online tool that will help make contract signing, renewals, and creation simple, it's great. It's less so if you're looking for a way to integrate with other signatory forms, as I'm yet to see a way to send through to DocuSign, for example, which a lot of our clients use instead.

PandaDoc is well-suited for any company looking to automate its document process. Whether you need a signature or not, if you want your documents to be populated and sent automatically, then this is the reliable, simple, and affordable way to go. It integrates with Zapier, Make, and so much more.

I find it looks professional, is set out well, and is easy to use. I'm sure there is more that I could use it for, and I will explore further. My clients have had no problem accessing and signing documents from me, and it is easy to download and send to clients.

PandaDoc is well suited for when you may need to make on-the-fly adjustments to a document prior to sending. Templates are great, but sometimes they have to be changed per issuance. This is easy to adjust when needed. When hundreds of documents have to be customized, PandaDoc can be cumbersome. In many cases, I prefer a fillable PDF form, as PandaDoc does not always suit these cases.

PandaDoc is well suited for any business that requires clients or customers to fill out forms, in addition to collecting payment, whether it’s a one-time charge or recurring. PandaDoc would not be beneficial to a business that does not require clients or customers to sign any disclosures or consent forms.

PandaDoc is well suited if you are using a more popular CRM for it to integrate with. It has a lot of promising features that with time will be very powerful such as the Quote Builder and CRM automations. It also has a lot of out-of-the-box functionality such as Smart Content, a Content Library, and advanced approval capabilities.

PandaDoc is well suited for professionals that require compliance but also ease of use for forwarding on to multiple people to sign. It works great for our industry which is a managed service provider so we can easily send through agreements that are required. It would be less suitable for smaller companies that only have a few quotes / jobs.
