Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use BambooHR as a time tracker and HR document hub where documents are sent out for signature and uploaded to include in employee files. We run payroll and track benefits through this software as well. We use the report features to calculate costs, engage employees, and collect data. We post links to other pertinent sites and celebrate birthdays and anniversaries.

Usability

it is very user friendly. I have not had problems finding what I need. it just makes sense most of the time so you do not have to reach out to customer service as often if you take the time to investigate. it is fun (the little comments on check stubs) and once we implement more of its capabilities, will be informative. we are still new to BambooHR and are learning new ways to incorporate some of the features into our daily routine and structure.

BambooHR Reporting

happy with what I am able to pull up when I need it. I would like to be able to simply view some things that are not as easy to obtain, like calendar week hours and pay vs. pay period. I have been able to create my own reports for data with ease. I can access information quickly.

it meets most of our needs for ease of use. it helps us not to overlook birthdays and anniversaries (though the reminders could be more noticeable). it allows for surveys, benefit tracking, and instant access to pay stubs, documents, signature requests, and uploads. Time tracking has worked well.
